Ozyn Games publishes games under licence from the studios and developers who create them. We respect copyright and we act on valid complaints.
If you own a game published here
If your game appears on this site and you would like it removed, credited differently, or its details corrected, email support@ozyngames.com. Removal requests from a verified rights holder are actioned quickly — you do not need to file a formal legal notice to get a game taken down.
Filing a notice
To submit a formal copyright complaint, email support@ozyngames.com with "Copyright notice" in the subject line and include all of the following:
- Identification of the work you say is infringed.
- The exact URL or URLs on this site where the material appears.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
An incomplete notice may delay us acting on it.
What happens next
We review every notice. Where a complaint is valid we remove or disable access to the material, usually within a few business days, and we notify the party that supplied it to us.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address, including your contact details, identification of the material and where it appeared, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error.
Repeat infringers
We stop working with suppliers who repeatedly provide infringing material.

Game titles, logos and characters belong to their respective owners. Their appearance here does not imply any endorsement of Ozyn Games.
