This policy explains what Ozyn Games collects, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to this website.
The short version
You can play without an account, so we hold no name, no email and no password for you. We measure which games are popular, and our advertising partners set cookies to show ads.
What we collect
Information you give us
Only what you send by email. If you write to us, we keep the message so we can reply.
Information collected automatically
Standard web server records: your IP address, browser and operating system, the pages you visit, and the page you arrived from. We also count how often each game is opened and played, so we know what to feature.
We use this in aggregate. We are interested in "this game was played 4,000 times", not in what any one person did.
Cookies and local storage
We use a small number of cookies to remember your language preference and to keep the site working. Games may use your browser's local storage to save progress — that stays on your device and we cannot read it.
Our advertising partners set their own cookies to measure and target ads. Those cookies are governed by their policies, not ours.
Advertising
The site is funded by advertising. Advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies to show ads based on your visits to this and other sites.
You can opt out of personalised advertising from participating companies at aboutads.info/choices or youronlinechoices.com. You will still see ads, just less relevant ones.
Third-party games
Games are supplied by third-party studios and load inside a frame on our page. While you play, the game provider may collect technical data of its own. We do not control that, and their privacy terms apply to it.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not ask for payment details. We do not build advertising profiles ourselves.
Children
This is a general-audience site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
How long we keep things
Server logs are kept for a short operational period and then deleted. Aggregate play counts are kept indefinitely because they contain no personal information. Emails are kept as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to processing. Email support@ozyngames.com with "Privacy request" in the subject.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date below. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
