Shoot Penalty

Shoot Penalty strips a penalty shootout down to one decision made over and over: which corner, and how hard. You choose where in the goal to aim, then drag the mouse in the direction of the kick - the drag itself sets both the direction and the pace of the shot, so a rushed, short drag behaves differently than a long, deliberate one. The goalkeeper reacts to where you are aiming, not just where the ball ends up, so a shot that looks safe in the corner can still get read and stopped.

A defender standing near the ball adds a second thing to account for - a shot that lines up cleanly with the corner can still clip him if you do not adjust the angle. Mixing up your corners kick to kick matters more than picking one favorite side and repeating it, since a goalkeeper who has seen the same corner twice will start diving early.

How to play

Choose where in the goal you want to place the shot, then click and drag the mouse in the direction of the kick to strike the ball. The length and direction of your drag control the power and placement, so a short drag gives a softer, more controlled shot. Change corners between attempts so the goalkeeper cannot anticipate your kick, and adjust your angle around the defender rather than shooting straight through him.
