Nick Block Party 3

Nick Block Party 3 is a board race, not a track race, and the difference is the point. You choose a character from the Nickelodeon lineup, pick one of the themed boards, and then move square by square against three rivals who are trying to do exactly the same thing. Progress comes in bursts rather than a steady stream.

Because everyone is on the same path, position matters more than raw speed. Being a couple of squares behind near the end is not the disaster it looks like, since a single good move can undo a long lead. The boards are drawn from different shows, so the scenery changes between runs even when the rules do not.

How to play

Start by choosing your character, then choose which board you want to play on. Once the race begins, move along the squares and try to reach the finish line ahead of the three rivals. Watch what the squares in front of you do before committing to a route, and do not panic if you fall behind mid-board; the lead changes hands often enough that a steady late run usually beats an early sprint.

Controls

Mouse or touch. Click a character portrait to select, click a board to load it, then click the on-screen prompt to take your turn and move.
