Spider Apocalypse

Spider Apocalypse starts as a routine extermination job and stops being routine about ten seconds in, once you see the size of what is crawling toward you. Survival is the baseline goal, but the real one is finding the two holes the spiders are coming out of. Until those are destroyed the pressure never lets up, and hunting for them means leaving whatever corner you were holding.

Ammo is the constraint that shapes every fight. You run out, and the packs are scattered around the map rather than handed to you, so a firefight often ends with a run across open ground to reload. Health packs and armour sit out there too, which turns a quiet moment into a choice about how far you are willing to walk.

How to play

Move with the arrow keys and click where you want to shoot, keeping distance between yourself and anything with too many legs. Ammo does not refill on its own - walk over the ammo packs lying around the map to top up, and do the same for health packs and armour. Stay alive as long as you can, and when you have room to explore, find the two holes the spiders emerge from and destroy them.

Controls

Arrow keys to move and a mouse click to shoot. On mobile, use the on-screen arrows to move and tap the screen to fire. Walk over ammo, health and armour packs to pick them up.
