Stickman Gun Runner

Stickman Gun Runner never lets you stand still. Your fighter runs forward on his own through a dark world of zombies and monsters, and every shot you take is a shot taken while moving, which is most of what makes the game hard. Aim is easy standing; aim is another matter when the ground is sliding past you.

Between runs there is a stack of things to spend progress on: better weapons, new guns, skills, and skins for your stickman. The upgrades matter most at the bosses, where an underpowered gun turns a fight you could have won into a wall you keep hitting. Waves of ordinary enemies are there to be cut through; the boss is there to tell you whether you upgraded the right thing.

How to play

Click to fire and keep firing; your stickman handles the running himself, so your attention belongs on what is coming toward him. Enemies arrive in waves, and letting a group get close is worse than wasting a few shots early. Spend what you earn on stronger weapons and new guns before a boss stage rather than after one has already stopped you, and keep an eye on which skills change how a run plays.

Controls

Mouse clicks run the whole game. Click to shoot at what is ahead of you, and click the buttons on the upgrade and shop screens to buy weapons, guns and skins between runs. On a touchscreen a tap does the same, so it plays one-handed on a phone.
