Capture The Chickens

Capture the Chickens follows Ariel through a farm gone slightly wrong, jumping between platforms to track down chickens that scattered in every direction. Enemies and traps sit right in the paths you need to cross, so timing a jump often matters more than reacting fast once you are already in the air.

Catching a chicken is not automatic - you line up with it and use the magic wand to pull it into your inventory, and scattered apples give you a reason to explore side routes instead of rushing straight to the next chicken. Two separate control schemes are built in, which makes it easy for two people to take turns without hunting through a menu first.

How to play

Move Ariel across each level, jumping over traps and past enemies to reach the chickens. Get close to a chicken and use the capture button to pull it in with the magic wand, and use the shoot button on anything blocking your path when it is available. Collect apples along the way for extra points, and clear as many chickens as you can before moving to the next area.

Controls

Profile 1: Arrow keys to move, Z or Up Arrow to jump, X to capture chickens, Space to shoot when available. Profile 2: WASD to move and jump, J to capture, K to shoot when available. On mobile, use the on-screen touch buttons.
