Jet Escape

Jet Escape only asks one thing of you: keep going up. The world runs vertically, the danger comes at you rather than sitting still, and a single collision ends the climb no matter how far you had got. There is no finish line to reach - the score is the distance you covered, and beating your own best is the whole reason to start again.

What keeps it from getting stale is the ramp. Movement quickens as you rise and the traps stop being the ones you learned in the first thirty seconds, so a run that felt comfortable early turns into something you are reacting to on instinct. Characters unlock as you go, each with its own look.

How to play

Move left and right with A and D, and use the mouse or touch to interact. You are climbing a vertical world, so jump and dodge your way past whatever is in the way, and expect it to come faster the higher you get. Colliding with an obstacle ends the run there, no matter the distance. Keep climbing to push your best score up and to open new characters.

Controls

A and D move your character left and right on a keyboard. Everything else goes through the mouse on desktop or touch on a phone or tablet.
