Miraculous Ladybug and Cat Noir Jigsaw Puzzle looks straightforward until you notice how much of the picture repeats. Ladybug's suit is red with black spots from her shoulders to her boots, so you end up holding a handful of pieces that are all red with a black dot, all plausible, and only one of them correct for any given gap.

Cat Noir causes the opposite problem. His suit is near enough black that his pieces read as shadow, and they disappear into a dark corner of the pile. The way through both is to stop looking at the pattern and start looking at the edge of it: a spot cut in half, or the line where black meets whatever is behind it.

How to play

Set the picture and the number of pieces at the start, then drag each piece into place with the mouse. With so many red and black pieces looking alike, work by shape before colour and check whether a tab points in or out and how wide the piece runs. Spots sliced in half at a piece edge are the strongest clue you get, because a cut spot only continues one way. Frame first, characters after.

Drag a piece with the mouse and drop it on the gap you want it in. Touchscreens use the same one-finger drag. There are no keys to press.
