Mr Peabody and Sherman Jigsaw Puzzle takes a single image of the pair and cuts it into pieces that arrive in no order at all. Everything you need is on screen from the first second: the loose pieces on one side, the empty frame waiting on the other, and no clock hurrying either of them.

The honest way in is to find the corners and the straight edges first, then build inward towards the middle, where colours repeat and shapes stop helping you. Because a piece only settles when it is close to the right spot, you get a small, clear answer every time you guess. It never argues; it tells you yes or no and lets you try the next one.

How to play

Pick up a piece by holding it and slide it across to the board, letting go when it lines up with what is already there. Corners and flat-edged pieces go down first, since they fix the size and shape of the picture and give the rest something to lean on. After that, sort by colour rather than by shape, and place the busiest parts of the image before the plain stretches.

Controls

Drag and drop is the whole of it. Press and hold the left mouse button on a piece, move it to where you think it goes, and release to drop it. A finger works the same way on a touchscreen: hold, slide, lift.
