Poppy Dungeons

Poppy Dungeons drops a single soldier into a maze he was never meant to leave. A squad went in after reports of a purple monster in the alleys; one of them is still standing, and that one is yours. The dungeon hands out no map, so working out which corridors loop back on themselves is half the job.

The other half is that you are not alone down there. Enemy soldiers hold positions through the maze and open fire the moment you stray into their line, and the monster itself is somewhere in the same corridors. Getting out means picking your fights rather than winning all of them, and knowing when a corner is worth backing away from.

How to play

You control the surviving soldier as he moves through the dungeon, so the first thing to do in any new room is find the exits before anything finds you. Enemy soldiers stationed along the corridors shoot on sight and keep chasing once they have spotted you, which makes distance more useful than cover. The monster roams the same maze, so a passage that was clear a minute ago may not stay that way. Reach the way out to escape.

Controls

On PC the mouse moves the soldier through the dungeon. On phones and tablets, touch and drag the on-screen joystick to move him.
