Preschool Minnie Magnificent Garden

Preschool Minnie Magnificent Garden is a first gardening game, and it is honest about how gardening actually works: you dig the hole, you drop the seed, and then you wait. Nothing grows because you tapped harder. That waiting is the lesson the game is built around, and it is handled gently enough that a young child never feels stuck.

You begin with four crops - strawberry, blueberry, pepper and onion - and each one has its own rhythm from seed to harvest. Once all four are grown and the carts are loaded, the Farmer Market opens up, where the produce can be traded with other Disney Junior characters. Minnie walks through every step before asking a child to do it alone.

How to play

Follow Minnie through the garden one job at a time: dig a hole in the soil, place a seed in it, cover it and keep it watered while it grows. Each of the four crops takes its own time, so switch to another patch instead of waiting on one. When every crop has been harvested and the carts are full, head to the Farmer Market to trade what you grew with the other characters.

Controls

Point and click, or tap on a touchscreen. Tap a patch of soil to dig, tap the seed you want from the tray to plant it, and tap the watering can then the plant to water it. There is nothing to hold down and no timing to catch.
