Monsters of Easter Eggs

Monsters of Easter Eggs turns the holiday's usual decorations into the enemy. The eggs are alive here, moving and attacking rather than sitting in a basket, and your job is to clear a path through them with whatever weapon you are carrying. Movement and aim are split between hands, which keeps the shooting itself simple while the challenge sits in positioning - staying at a range where you can hit incoming eggs before they close in.

The level ends at a forest portal, and walking through it does not end the fight. A boss egg monster is waiting on the other side, tougher than anything faced getting there, and beating it is what actually finishes the level.

How to play

Move with WASD and aim with the mouse to shoot down egg monsters as they close in. Keep moving rather than standing still, since eggs approach from more than one direction at once. Clear the enemies between you and the forest portal, then step through it and take down the boss egg monster to complete the level. Touch controls handle the same actions on mobile.
