Rescue Rush: Wildfire

Rescue Rush: Wildfire starts with a single lightning strike, and from there the fire spreads faster than you can outrun it. Animals are scattered across the terrain, and every second spent deciding is a second the flames use to cut off a path back. Water is your only defense - it extinguishes flames and buys a moment of safety when they get close, but the tank empties fast if you spray without thinking.

The map itself changes as you play: trees that were safe cover a minute ago catch alight, paths close, and the safest route out is rarely the one you took in. Every animal you reach before the fire does adds to your run, and how long you last says more about route planning than reflexes.

How to play

Move with the keys, arrows, or controller joystick given, and use the hose button to spray water at approaching flames or to clear a blocked path. Water also shields you for a moment if fire catches up, so save some rather than spraying constantly. Watch the terrain as you move - trees that were clear a minute ago can catch fire and cut off your route. Reach as many animals as you can before the flames do, since each one you save adds to how long the run counts.

Controls

W, A, S, D or the Arrow Keys, or a controller joystick, to move. Use the hose button (or your assigned control) to spray water, which extinguishes flames and briefly protects you. On mobile, use the left joystick to move and the on-screen button to spray water.
