Xmas Memory Match lays a deck of Christmas pictures face down and asks you to remember where each one was. Snowmen, reindeer and Santa sit under the cards, and the pictures do the work of a memory aid: a red suit is easier to hold in your head than an abstract symbol, which is why a holiday deck plays gentler than a plain one.
Two modes set the difficulty. Easy keeps the board small enough that a child can clear it by luck alone, while Medium adds enough cards that luck runs out and you have to start tracking positions. The jump between them is the game, and it is the reason the same deck works for a five year old and an adult in the same afternoon.
How to play
Pick Easy or Medium before you start, since that choice sets how many cards go on the table. Turn over one card, then a second: if the two pictures match they stay face up, and if they do not, both flip back and you keep what you saw. Work along one row at a time instead of clicking around the board, because a card you found in an order you can remember is worth more than a lucky pair. The round ends when every picture has its partner.
Controls
One click turns one card and a second click turns the next; there is nothing to hold, drag or aim. Choosing Easy or Medium is a click on the mode button before the deal. On a phone or tablet a tap flips a card the same way.
