Balloon Escape

Balloon Escape is an endless climb, not a race - the only real opponent is your own patience. You steer a hot air balloon upward through a sky that gets busier the higher you go, threading gaps between obstacles that start slow and predictable and end fast and cramped. There is no set path to memorize, since each run rearranges the sky, so the skill is reading what is coming rather than recalling what worked before.

Coins and gems along the route buy new balloon skins, which change nothing about the handling but give you a reason to keep climbing past your best height. The controls are light on purpose - one input, held or released - so every crash comes down to timing rather than a missed button.

How to play

Hold the input to rise and release to drop, weaving through obstacles that fill more of the screen the higher you climb. There is no fixed route, so watch a few seconds ahead rather than reacting to what is directly in front of the balloon. Coins and gems collected during a run go toward unlocking new balloon skins, which are purely cosmetic and carry over between attempts.

Controls

Desktop: click and hold the left mouse button to rise, release to fall. Mobile: touch and hold anywhere on the screen, then drag to steer.
