Build with Cubes 2

Build with Cubes 2 gives you an empty plot and a pile of cube blocks, and the plan is entirely yours. Raise walls one block at a time, or generate rough terrain first and carve a build into a hillside instead. Furniture and decor pieces turn a blocky shell into something that reads as a real room, and the portal gun is the part that separates this from a plain block-stacker: place two linked portals and you can walk straight from your dollhouse into your castle without building a road between them.

Musical note blocks let you knock together a short melody once the building itself gets old, and animals and other entities give the finished world something that moves in it besides you.

How to play

Place blocks to build, using generated terrain settings like hill height and object count if you want a landscape to build on instead of flat ground. Left click to select a block type and place it, right click to destroy a block or pick up an object. Press E to pick up objects directly, and use the portal gun with Z and Q to drop linked portals for instant travel between two points in your build.

Controls

WASD or Arrow Keys to move and fly, mouse to look around while holding the left button. Spacebar jumps, E picks up objects, left click places a block, right click destroys one, and Z and Q create linked portals.
