Stairs Races For 2 Players

Stairs Races For 2 Players turns a simple collect-and-build task into a race where the other player stands right next to you. Blue picks up blue blocks and Red picks up red ones, scattered across the same small level, and each block has to be carried back and placed before it counts toward your staircase. Running past a closer block to grab a further one because it looked faster is the single most common way to lose - short trips add up quicker than they seem to.

Because both players share the same space, paths cross constantly, and a badly timed run can put you right in your rival's way. The winner is rarely the faster runner; it is whoever wastes the fewest trips.

How to play

Collect blocks matching your color and carry them to your own staircase to build it higher. Whoever completes their staircase first and reaches the finish platform on top wins the round. Grab the nearest block rather than chasing a further one that only looks better, since short efficient trips beat long detours, and watch where your rival is heading so you are not left boxed out of the blocks you still need.

Controls

Player One (Blue) moves with the WASD keys or the on-screen joystick on the left side of the touchscreen. Player Two (Red) moves with the Arrow Keys or the on-screen joystick on the right side of the touchscreen.
