Drawaria.online

Drawaria.online runs on the oldest party game there is: one person draws, everyone else shouts guesses. A secret word goes to whoever has the turn, and the rest of the room watches a shape appear line by line and types what they think it is.

The scoring is what makes it move. Points go to anyone who gets the word before time runs out, with a bonus on top for whoever gets there first, so the room is racing each other as much as the clock. It also rewards a particular kind of drawing - not neat, but fast and readable, the one detail that gives a word away. Rounds stack up, and the highest total at the end takes the game.

How to play

When the turn is yours, you get a word nobody else can see and a blank canvas to explain it on. Draw with the left mouse button, erase with the right one, and change brush size with the wheel when a shape needs a finer line. When someone else is drawing, type your guesses into the chat - speed counts, because the first correct answer picks up extra points. Play the rounds out and the biggest score wins.

Controls

The left mouse button draws and the right one erases, so a correction costs nothing more than a flick between buttons. The mouse wheel makes the brush thicker or thinner without leaving the canvas. The keyboard is for the chat box, which is where every guess goes.
