Magic Princess

Magic Princess starts with a blank doll rather than a finished character, so the first thing you do is decide who she is. Skin tone, face, hair - it all gets chosen before a single outfit goes on, which is why two players rarely end up anywhere near each other.

Then the wardrobe opens, and it is a big one. Over a thousand pieces sit behind the categories, some of them animated rather than flat, so a skirt or a pair of wings actually moves while you are looking at her. Once the look is settled you pick a backdrop and take a photo, and that picture is the thing you keep and pass on to friends.

How to play

Start by building the doll herself - pick her skin tone, then work through faces and hairstyles until she looks the way you want. Move on to makeup, applying it piece by piece rather than as a preset, then open the clothing categories and tap items to put them on her. Change anything as often as you like; nothing is locked in. When the outfit is done, set the scene behind her and take the photo.

Controls

Everything is done by tapping or clicking: tap a category to open its items, tap an item to place it on the doll, and tap another to swap it out. The keyboard is not used at any point.
