New Bubble Shooter

New Bubble Shooter drops the countdown that most versions of this game insist on and just lets you aim. You are lining up shots at a ceiling of colored bubbles, and a good run comes from reading the cluster two or three shots ahead rather than firing at whatever is closest.

Bank shots off the side walls open up angles a straight shot never could, which matters once the easy clusters near the front are gone and everything left is tucked behind other bubbles. Chasing your own best score works fine as a goal, since nothing forces a faster pace than you want, and a bubble left hanging alone at the edge is usually the shot that collapses the whole board.

How to play

Aim along the guide line and fire a bubble to match it with two or more of the same color, clearing them from the board. Look two or three shots ahead instead of just the nearest cluster, since bubbles can bounce off the side walls to reach clusters a straight shot cannot. A bubble left hanging alone at the edge is usually the shot that brings down a much bigger section of the board.
