Ninjas Return

Ninjas Return sends you through a forest with one job: find your wife before the Dark Ninja can stop you. Every level hides exactly three pink stars, and finding all three matters more than clearing the level fast - miss one and the portal at the end simply will not open, leaving you to comb ledges and shadows you already crossed.

Combat is a side task rather than the goal. Sword swings clear the enemies blocking a path, and the chain throw reaches ones you cannot walk up to safely, but neither one moves you forward on its own. The reward for a clean level is small but satisfying: the portal opens in a shower of falling sakura leaves, and stepping through carries you one stage closer to the ending.

How to play

Search each level for three pink stars before heading to the exit - they will not always be in plain sight, so check side paths and platforms above the main route. Swing your sword to clear enemies blocking the way, or throw your chain at ones further off. Once all three stars are collected, a portal opens in falling sakura petals; walk into it to move on.

Controls
