Snake Chain Escape

Snake Chain Escape looks calm and turns out to be anything but. A board full of snakes, each one a chain of circles with a black head marking its direction, sits tangled together with only some of them free to move. Tap the wrong one and it costs you a life; tap the right one and the board opens up a little, sometimes freeing a snake you couldn't touch a moment ago.

The real puzzle is reading the tangle before you touch anything. Clearing snakes in the wrong order can lock you out of a solution, so a level that looks solvable at a glance often needs you to trace two or three paths ahead. The hint is there for boards that genuinely stump you, not for skipping the thinking.

How to play

Tap a snake to remove it, but only snakes with an unobstructed path out can be cleared - watch for the black head to see which way each one needs to travel. Clearing one snake often frees others that were blocked. A wrong tap costs a life, so trace the tangle before you commit. Use the Hint button if you get stuck on which snake to clear next.
