Crystal Diamond

Crystal Diamond keeps a match-three game simple on purpose and lets the board do the rest of the work. Drag one gem into a neighboring space, and if the swap lines up three or more of the same color they clear and new ones drop in from above. There is no timer pushing you, so every move can be considered rather than rushed.

The difficulty climbs by tightening what counts as a good move, not by adding new mechanics. Early boards forgive almost any swap that clears something, while later ones punish moves that leave no follow-up chain. Power-ups earned from bigger matches are worth saving for a board that has stopped offering easy clears, rather than spending them the moment they appear.

How to play

Tap or click a gem, then drag it into a neighboring space to swap the two. If the swap lines up three or more matching gems, they clear and new gems drop in from above. Look for a swap that sets up a second match rather than just the first one you spot, since later boards rarely reward the obvious move. Save power-ups for a board that has stopped offering easy clears.
