T20 Cricket hands you the bat and nothing else. There is no field to set and no bowling spell to plan; the bowler charges in, the ball leaves his hand, and you have the length of its flight to decide what to do about it. Get the timing right and it goes into the stands with the stadium roaring behind it.

That narrow focus is what makes it easy to pick up between other things. A ball takes seconds, a mistake costs you a wicket rather than an evening, and the rhythm of watching the run-up and waiting is close enough to the real thing to be satisfying. You pick a side before you start, Bangladesh among them, and the crowd noise carries the rest.

How to play

Watch the bowler rather than the ball at first: the run-up tells you when the delivery is coming. Tap as the ball reaches you, not when it leaves the hand, since an early swing sends it up rather than away. A late tap is safer than an early one, because a defended ball costs nothing while a top edge ends the innings. Runs pile up from clean contact, so wait for the ones you can reach.

Controls

One input runs the whole innings: tap the screen on a phone, or click anywhere on it with the mouse on a computer, at the moment you want the bat to come through. There is nothing to aim.
