Digit Hunter is a game about picking the right number out of a crowd of them, quickly, and then doing it again before the clock notices. Targets appear among digits that look almost identical, and the only tool you have is your finger and the second or two it takes to be sure.
What keeps it honest is the penalty. A wrong tap takes points away, so rushing blindly scores worse than moving at a steady pace, and the game punishes panic more than it punishes slowness. Each level then runs faster than the last, until the reading and the tapping have to happen at the same time rather than one after the other.
How to play
Tap Start to begin, then look for the target digits among the numbers filling the screen and tap them before the timer runs out. A wrong digit costs you score, so it is worth half a second of checking rather than a fast guess. Levels speed up as you clear them, and the later ones leave so little time that scanning in a fixed pattern beats hunting at random.
Controls
One touch does everything. Tap Start to open a round, then tap a digit on the screen to hit it - there is nothing to hold, drag or aim. A single click of the mouse works the same way on a computer, and the whole game can be played with one finger.
