Football Genius Challenge 2016 borrows the shape of a blast puzzle and fills the board with footballs. Tapping one is never the point on its own - it sets off the ball beside it, which sets off the next, and the level either empties out or stalls halfway with a few strays stranded in corners. Nothing partial counts. Every ball has to go.

That makes the choice of first tap the whole level. Start in the wrong place and the reaction runs out of fuel before it reaches the edges, so the useful habit is tracing the chain in your head before you commit. There are 400 levels of it, and they stay quick enough to play a handful at a time.

How to play

Click or tap a football on the board to burst it. Each burst pushes into the balls touching it, so a single tap can roll through a whole cluster if the balls are lined up. The level only ends when every ball is gone, which means the ones sitting alone at the edges decide whether you finish. Look for the tap that connects the biggest group to those strays first, then clean up what is left.

Controls

Click a football with the mouse, or tap it on a phone, to burst that ball and start the chain. That single input is all the game uses - there is no aiming, dragging or movement.
