Holiday Hex Sort

Holiday Hex Sort is a sorting puzzle dressed for the season, and the whole game rests on one rule: get ten matching tiles stacked together and they disappear. You drag hex stacks around a shrinking board, merging like with like, and the pressure builds as new tile types appear with each level.

Early boards are forgiving, with room to shuffle stacks around while you plan, but later ones fill up fast, and a stack left half-finished in the wrong spot can block the space you need for the next merge. The timer is the real opponent here - the tiles themselves never fight back, but running out of seconds with a board still full does.

How to play

Drag hex tile stacks with the mouse and drop them onto open spots on the board. Stack ten matching tiles together and they clear automatically, freeing up space. New tile types appear as levels progress, so keep a few open spots free rather than filling the board edge to edge. Clear every stack before the timer runs out to complete the level; running out of time with tiles still on the board ends the run.
