Ladybug Differences

Ladybug Differences is a spot the difference game with tight numbers behind it: 10 levels, 7 changes in each pair of pictures, and 60 seconds to find them. That minute is what stops it drifting into a lazy game. A minute is plenty if you search in an order, and nowhere near enough if you let your eyes wander over the whole picture at once.

The pictures are Ladybug scenes, and the changes hidden in them are small: a colour swapped, a shape trimmed, something present on one side and gone from the other. Working in strips, top to bottom, beats scanning at random, and the last difference is almost always the one sitting in plain view.

How to play

Look at the two pictures and click on anything in either one that does not appear in the other; there are 7 changes per level and a minute to catch them all. Split the picture into bands and check them one at a time instead of jumping around, since a random search burns the clock. Finish all 7 and the next level loads with a new pair of pictures and a fresh minute.

Controls

Point and click, nothing more. Move the pointer to a spot that looks changed and click it to mark the difference; a correct hit is confirmed on both pictures at once. On a phone or tablet, tap the spot instead of clicking it.
