School Bus Simulator 3D

School Bus Simulator 3D is a driving game where the hard part is not speed. A bus is long, heavy and slow to change its mind, and the roads it works are ordinary city streets with corners that were not designed for it. Getting the children aboard is easy; getting the bus into the stop straight is the bit that takes practice.

Around that sits a day that keeps moving. Light shifts from morning to evening, weather comes and goes, and the fuel gauge drops as you drive, so a long detour has a cost attached. Different camera angles help more than they sound like they should - the view from behind is fine for the road, but parking is much easier from above.

How to play

Pull away with the accelerator, steer with the left and right keys, and remember the back of the bus swings wider than the front on a tight corner. Follow the route to each stop, pull in close enough for the children to board, and set off again once they are on. Parking at the end asks for more care than the driving, so slow down early and switch camera view before you commit.

Controls

Driving is on WASD or the arrow keys, which cover moving forward, backing up and steering; there is no separate handbrake to learn. On a phone or tablet you tap the on-screen controls instead, and the camera can be switched between views while the bus is moving.
