Undisputed MMA

Undisputed MMA is built around one bar, and it is not the health bar. The blue stamina meter under your fighter governs what he can attempt: takedowns are simply unavailable below the halfway mark, so a round spent throwing heavy kicks leaves you standing there with nothing but jabs while your opponent shoots in.

That turns it into a game of pacing rather than mashing. Punches and kicks sit on separate keys, blocking sits on another, and the strong version of any attack costs noticeably more than the quick one. A referee moves around the cage with you, and career mode strings the fights together so a sloppy win still carries into the next bout.

How to play

Circle your opponent and pick your shots, because everything you throw drains the blue stamina bar and it refills slowly. Quick punches and kicks cost little; the strong versions cost a lot and leave you open if they miss. Hold your block when pressure builds rather than backing into the fence. Once stamina climbs back over half, you can shoot for a takedown, and on the ground a submission becomes possible.

Controls

W, A, S and D move your fighter. J throws punches and L throws kicks, with Shift held down turning either into a strong attack. I blocks. K attempts a takedown once your blue stamina bar is over 50, and M goes for a submission. On mobile, hold an attack button for its strong version.
