Ladderrex

Ladderrex turns a straight sprint into a resource puzzle. You and a rival run the same track collecting logs, and when a raised platform or a bed of spikes blocks the way, those logs become the only way across. Hold down to build a ladder and the logs stack up, but every log spent is a log the finish-line count will never see again.

The real skill is knowing when to stop. Building too long past an obstacle wastes logs you did not need, and building too short leaves a gap you will not clear. Since the win goes to whoever has the most logs left at the line, the smart move is often the shorter ladder rather than the safer one.

How to play

Run forward automatically and collect logs scattered along the track as you pass them. When an obstacle like a raised platform or spikes appears ahead, click and hold to start building a ladder out of your collected logs. Release at the right moment to stop building early and keep the logs you did not use. Whoever crosses the finish line with the most logs remaining wins the race, so build only as much ladder as the obstacle actually needs.
