The Best Russian Billiards splits shot-making into two separate motions instead of one drag-and-release. You hold the mouse button and move the pointer to set your aim through the sight, then let go of that and work the cue meter on the right side of the screen to decide how hard you actually hit the ball - which means you can line up a shot carefully and still fluff it if you rush the power stage. Two camera views help with tricky angles, and the table, balls and cue are all things you can swap out between games, though none of that changes the actual physics. Play a computer rival to learn the table, or go online once you trust your aim.

How to play

Hold the mouse button and move the pointer to line up your sight on the shot you want, then release and drag the power meter on the right side of the screen to set how hard you hit. Choose a computer opponent or an online match, and pocket eight balls before your rival to win. Switch between the two camera views when an angle is hard to read.
