Animerge

Animerge follows the merge rule everyone knows from the fruit version, but swapping fruit for animals changes what you are watching. Two mice make something bigger, that pair up again, and the chain runs all the way to an elephant that barely fits in the box you have been filling.

The tension is space. Every drop that does not merge is a shape you now have to work around, and one careless placement in a corner can block a merge you were three animals away from. Playing well is mostly about leaving room, not about scoring quickly. Around that sits the calm part: hand-drawn animals and a Lo-Fi track you pick yourself.

How to play

Click or tap above the box to drop an animal at that spot. Two of the same animal touching each other combine into the next one up, starting at the mouse and working toward the elephant. Aim for the sides early and keep the middle clear, because a stray animal wedged between two big ones is dead space you cannot remove. The box has a limit at the top, and the game ends when you cross it.

Controls

One button, one job. Left click or tap where you want the animal to fall and it drops from that point - the horizontal position of your pointer is the whole of your aim. There is nothing to hold, rotate or drag, and the music selection is picked from its own menu.
