Cat Face

Cat Face turns a simple idea into a surprisingly sticky puzzle: every round drops a cat face somewhere on the board, and a small arrow circles around it to show you where it needs to go. Your job is to follow that arrow and drag the face into place before you second-guess yourself. It sounds easy until three or four cats are moving at once and the arrows start looping in different directions.

There is no story to follow and no timer pressure beyond your own patience, just a steady stream of short rounds that reward paying attention over reacting fast. It works well in short bursts, which makes it an easy game to open for five minutes and just as easy to keep playing for twenty.

How to play

Watch the arrow drawn around each cat face - it points to the exact spot that face needs to reach. Drag the face along the path the arrow traces rather than guessing at the shortest route, since some boards curve the path around obstacles. Match every face correctly to clear the round and move to the next one, where the arrows and layouts change.

Controls

On a phone or tablet, touch a cat face and drag it across the screen to its spot. On a computer, hold the left mouse button down on a face and drag it into place, then release to drop it.
