Tribal Tetris is not built from falling blocks. Carved masks sit on a board in pairs, and your job is to draw the line that joins each pair to its twin. The art is heavy and hand painted, and the boards are small enough to read at a glance, which is what makes them awkward.
The rule that changes everything is the blank blocks. Every empty square has to end up under one line or another, so the shortest route between two masks is usually the wrong one. You start reasoning backwards from the corners: which pair is forced to take the long way round, and which one can afford a detour through the gap nobody else will reach. Quests turn up between boards.
How to play
Look over the board before touching anything, then drag from one mask to its match to lay a path between them. The path can bend, but it cannot cross a line you have already drawn, and the level only completes when no blank block is left uncovered. Start with the pairs sitting in corners, since they have the fewest routes available, and leave the ones in open space for last.
Controls
On a computer you hold the left mouse button and drag from one mask to the other to draw the line, releasing to set it. On a phone or tablet the same path is drawn with a finger held on the screen. Drawing over a path you already made clears it so you can try another route.
