Fish World - Match3

Fish World keeps the match-three rules simple and puts the pressure somewhere unusual: the board is cleared from the top down, and a level only ends when you have worked your way to the last row. That turns the usual hunt for any three matching pieces into something more directed - a swap high up that scores well but leaves the bottom untouched has not really moved you forward.

Arcade Mode changes the goal rather than the rules - you are handed a target to reach instead of a board to clear - which makes it the mode to pick when you want a short session. The fish are bright enough to read at a glance, which matters more than it sounds once the tank fills up.

How to play

Swipe a fish into the neighbouring space, or click the two you want to trade, to line up three or more of the same kind and send them off the board. Clearing works downward, so keep pushing until you have taken out the final row - that is what ends the level. Chains help: pieces above a cleared group slide down and often land in a match of their own. In Arcade Mode you are given a specific goal to reach instead.

Controls

Swipe a fish into the space next to it on a touchscreen, or click one and then its neighbour with the mouse. No keys are involved.
